About the Role

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer is a key member of the senior executive team at Court Services Victoria, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a leading role in the delivery of reform and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on the needs of the jurisdictions and the promotion of professional expertise and competence to strengthen the public trust in Victoria's system of self-administered courts.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in an executive leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering transformational change within a federated model. They will be an adaptive and collaborative enterprise thinker, with a strong focus on creating and managing a dynamic team and leading with authenticity, credibility, and a growth mindset.

The ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualifications in finance, economics, law, or public administration, and will be passionate about navigating complex and significant outcomes, while complementing their commercial acumen, strategic agility, and technical expertise.
