Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Governance, Risk and Legal

About the Role
The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) Governance, Risk and Legal has responsibility for the core areas of Government, Legal, Risk and Audit for the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). This role leads diverse, central functions, working closely with senior executives and government stakeholders to strengthen relations towards better whole of government outcomes.

You are a seasoned leader with a track record of delivering results in complex public sector environments. With extensive expertise in government, legal, risk, and audit functions, you ensure accountability, transparency, and strategic focus. As a key member of the Strategic Leadership Team, you shape decisions, represent the organisation, and provide expert guidance on compliance and risk.
About the Organisation
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is an independent statutory agency responsible for implementing the world leading National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The Governance, Risk and Legal Group comprises four divisions encompassing Government, Chief Counsel, General Counsel and Risk, Audit and Resilience.
