Job Title: Solution Delivery Lead

Lead a team of professionals to manage and oversee business information assets containing personal data.

  • Oversee the identification, documentation, and validation of retention timeframes for business information assets.
  • Assign, track, and manage day-to-day team activities to ensure timely outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical, compliance, and governance teams to implement required solutions.
  • Negotiate with business units and senior managers to agree on maximum retention requirements.
  • Design and implement controls, monitoring mechanisms, and governance processes for ongoing compliance.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience leading small teams and managing delivery projects.
  • Skilled in workload allocation, setting priorities, and fostering accountability among team members.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, including working with senior managers.
  • Solid understanding of privacy compliance requirements, particularly the Australian Privacy Principles.
  • Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into practical system and process controls.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to track progress and report on outcomes.
