Job Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Lead to establish and guide a small team dedicated to ensuring personal information retention practices meet legal, regulatory, and business requirements.

  • This role involves leading a team of 4 staff to identify, document, and validate maximum retention timeframes for business information assets containing personal information.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning, tracking, and managing day-to-day team activities to ensure outcomes are delivered on time.
  • A strong understanding of privacy compliance requirements, particularly the Australian Privacy Principles, is essential for this role.
About You

You are an experienced delivery lead or project manager with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to guide a team to achieve meaningful outcomes in privacy and data governance.

  • Demonstrated experience leading small teams and managing day-to-day delivery.
  • Skill in workload allocation, setting clear priorities, and fostering accountability.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, including working with senior managers.
