Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our response team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves taking inbound calls from clients and effectively dispatching customer requests to our service technicians.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, handling, and dispatching of customer calls and inquiries. They will also monitor and coordinate service calls to elevators, escalators, and walkalators registering fault conditions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to operate effectively in a high-paced call center environment. They will also be self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.

  • Good telephone manners
  • Experience in emergency response procedures (desired)
  • Self-motivated and able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Good attention to detail and results-driven
