Job Description

As a Senior Healthcare Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management of healthcare services across multiple clinics. You will oversee business planning, administration, financial management, leadership, and quality and safety initiatives in accordance with established guidelines.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in practice or clinical management, demonstrating a sound professional background. They will also possess relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Business, Practice Management, or Nursing, and current registration with the relevant professional body.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimising Extended Service Access: Enhance the quality and scope of care by optimising extended service access.
  • Implementing Chronic Disease Management: Implement the approved Model of Care to close the gap through effective chronic disease management and service delivery.
  • Managing Clinic Services: Manage the delivery of comprehensive primary healthcare services across designated clinics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse communities and understand their unique issues and concerns. They will also possess strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to adapt to changing needs.
