Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee business operations, financial reporting, and compliance in primary healthcare, guaranteeing transparency and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Present reports confidently to senior management, utilizing strong communication skills and analytical abilities.
  • Expertly multitask, problem-solve, and manage time effectively to drive team success and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with staff, patients, and external stakeholders through outstanding verbal and written communication.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth in a healthcare setting.
  • Deep understanding of primary healthcare operations, including financial management and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
