About this role

This is an opportunity to work closely with the Remediation Project Manager to design and refine a remediation process for a known business issue.

  • Cross-functional coordination with multiple stakeholders, including business process owners, technology teams, operations teams and data teams is required to deliver at pace and drive quick remediation outcomes for impacted customers.
  • Strong business analysis skills are necessary, with a clear focus on customer service, risk management and process efficiency. Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Adequate business analysis must be done to document requirements, facilitate design and support build test of processes to enable remediation of member scenarios.
  • Support remediation project manager providing relevant business analysis to support planning, testing and change management activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of pain points and areas for opportunity with stakeholders.
  • Provide clear process documentation (current and future state) with the process analyst team.
  • Conduct required analysis of remediation data sets and impacted customer cohorts, and present insights, findings and corrective action recommendations to stakeholders as required.
  • Participate in and contribute to communities of practice within your organization.
  • Proactively support the uplift of practices and foster a culture of continual improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience in remediation projects or programs, or complex transformation projects is essential.
  • Proven track record (5yrs +) Business Analyst experience, including business requirements preparation and delivery of end-to-end development processes.
  • Practical application of Lean and Six Sigma process improvement tools.
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and working collaboratively to clearly document as-is and to-be process/business requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills & excellent information visualization / report writing skills.
  • Experience in creating use cases.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to facilitate and present ideas/ plans at meetings and influence outcomes. Ability to work autonomously and drive pieces of work to completion.
