Construction Supervisor - Residential Project Manager
Manage and deliver residential construction projects from start to finish. Ensure a strong project pipeline, manage multiple sites, and maintain job site integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites
  • Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Conduct regular WHS Site inspections
  • Communicate project updates to clients
  • Schedule and forecast work activities to meet deadlines


Requirements:
  • Trade qualified in carpentry or bricklaying
  • Certificate IV in Building & Construction or degree in Construction
  • At least 2 years of experience in residential construction within house building
