We're seeking an experienced MCL Executive Adjuster to join our team based in Melbourne, working closely with customers and clients to resolve insurance claims.

This role involves:

  • Delivering exceptional service during on-site and desktop assessments
  • Communicating clearly and accurately with stakeholders
  • Documenting decisions and reasons, including ownership details and claim progress
  • Contributing to branch and regional growth and success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10 years of insurance loss adjusting experience
  • Commercial and major loss experience highly regarded
  • Excellent business development and negotiation skills
  • Relevant industry qualifications, such as ANZIIF or AICLA
  • Solid knowledge of the insurance industry and legislative framework
