RDO Equipment Co is seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team.

**About the Company:**
RDO Equipment Co is one of the world's largest and most trusted John Deere and Vermeer equipment dealers.

**About the Role:**
As a Finance Business Partner, you will partner with our operational management team to provide financial leadership, reporting, and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
* Conduct monthly business reviews with branch management
* Prepare business cases to support operational decision-making
* Assist branches with budgeting and forecasting
* Participate in training to improve financial acumen
* Visit branches to provide onsite support
* Build relationships with branch managers and their teams

**Requirements:**

* Experience in providing financial support to operational teams
* Advanced MS Office skills, with a high degree of confidence in MS Excel
* Strong financial acumen, including analysis and interpretation of financial data
* Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively
* CA/CPA qualified
* Prior experience in the heavy machinery industry or dealerships is highly regarded
