Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Support: Provide financial guidance and support to our leadership team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Financial Control and Risk Mitigation: Ensure a strong culture of financial control within the team, identifying and mitigating business risks, and ensuring data integrity in all financial transactions.
  • Commercial Support and Business Partnering: Assist our General Manager with commercial negotiations, identify and implement revenue opportunities, and perform ongoing financial modeling to drive business growth.
  • Finance Lead for Brand Migration: Lead our project team in the transition of our Student Universe brand onto our finance systems, developing and managing project plans, and ensuring delivery of requirements and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a financial leadership role, with a strong background in financial control, risk management, and commercial support.
  • Previous experience with systems implementation and a passion for working in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with excellent communication and team management skills.
  • CA or CPA qualification, with a bachelor's degree in Business Economics or Finance.
