Job Title: Finance Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial support to the JETMAX Leadership team, specifically the GM of the business. You will also be responsible for the financial well-being and stability of BYOjet and Aunt Betty, addressing financial control, data integrity, and the management of multiple overseas accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial support to the JETMAX Leadership team, specifically the GM of the business
  • Financial well-being and stability of BYOjet and Aunt Betty, addressing financial control, data integrity, and the management of multiple overseas accounts
  • Spearhead the transition of the Student Universe brand onto the Jetmax finance systems
  • Key areas of focus are on growth, with cost management across the three brands through scalability strategies and looking at both the enhancement of existing revenue sources and search for new revenue sources
  • Forecasting and assisting in driving results
  • Managing a team of young financial professionals, you will need to be an exceptional leader that can motivate a team in a high growth environment whilst looking for further opportunities for them
  • Managing critical relationships with internal discipline leaders and FCTG expert teams
Requirements:
  • 5 years plus experience required in a financial leadership role
  • Previous experience with systems implementation highly desirable
  • Experience in, or passion for, a fast-moving business is also desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a finance related role
  • CA or CPA essential with a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Economics or Finance
