Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Director at Accor, you will be responsible for leading the hotel's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Operating as a business partner with the hotel leadership team to achieve financial performance targets.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Developing and implementing financial systems to improve efficiency and streamline procedures.
  • Maintaining compliance with Accor's policies and procedures, ensuring internal controls are operating effectively.
  • Providing strategic oversight and playing an active role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel.


Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:
  • A tertiary qualification in accounting and/or finance, commerce.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Understanding of state and federal legislation for tax, superannuation, long service leave, and National Employment Standards.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
