We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis at our Corporate Office on the Gold Coast.

The Role

As a Financial Transactions Coordinator, you will be part of a team of 5 who focus on providing efficient data entry and support within the Shared Services Accounts Payable team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Acknowledging and processing invoices in a timely manner;
  • Managing a shared inbox to respond to enquiries in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Reconciling supplier statements;
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as required.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
