Lead Cafe Team Member Opportunity

Our venue in Sydney is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Team Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee culture and strong understanding of specialty coffee.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Managing peak periods with efficiency
  • Leading the team and supporting management
  • Training staff as required
  • Overseeing stock control and ordering processes
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages of the highest standard

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • At least 3 years of floor experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience
  • 4+ years of hospitality experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • A positive attitude, friendly and professional demeanor
