Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading client engagement across diverse industry sectors and ensuring each campaign is strategically aligned with client objectives.
  • Overseeing and mentoring junior sales professionals, providing guidance on outreach, messaging, and best practices.
  • Personally managing key accounts and high-value opportunities, representing client brands at a senior level.
  • Driving pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying partnership opportunities and securing high-quality meetings.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Monitoring performance metrics, ensuring KPIs are achieved, and refining strategies for improved conversion.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of senior-level business development and sales experience with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
  • A strong track record of designing and executing successful business growth strategies across multiple industries.
  • A commercial mindset and hunger for scaling personal and organisational success.
  • Expertise in collaboration with other senior sales leaders while continuing to refine skills.
  • Passion for partnering with innovative companies to help them achieve their growth ambitions.
