About the Role:

  • Undertake valuations for mortgage security and corporate clients">
  • Promote services to a network of professionals and build a regional client base">
  • Ensure high quality and clear standards when undertaking valuations and preparing documentation">
  • Liaise with administration team for operational efficiencies">
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of clients and their specific needs">
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with relevant parties">

Key Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • Tertiary qualification in property related field and licensed land valuer in Western Australia or ability to obtain license">
  • Highly organised and able to work autonomously under pressure to meet deadlines">
  • Experience undertaking residential mortgage security valuations and delivering high quality reports within client time frames">
  • Independent thinker with sound decision making skills and strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills">
  • Exceptional customer service ethic and commercial experience desirable">
