About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and autonomous Certified Practising Valuer to consolidate and build on our presence in Busselton and the South West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking valuations for mortgage security, corporate, and private clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake valuations for mortgage security, corporate, and private clients.
  • Promote our services to a network of professionals and build a regional client base.
  • Ensure high quality and clear standards when undertaking valuations and preparing all documentation.
  • Liaise with the administration team for operational efficiencies.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of clients and their specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with relevant parties.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a property-related field and qualified as a Certified Practising Valuer.
  • Licensed Land Valuer in the state of Western Australia or the ability to obtain a license.
  • Highly organised and able to work autonomously under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience undertaking residential mortgage security valuations.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality reports within client time frames.
  • Independent thinker with sound decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of regional areas desirable.
  • Commercial experience is desirable.
  • Local knowledge is preferred but full training provided to the successful applicant.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service ethic.
