Career Opportunity:
We're currently seeking a proactive Maintenance Specialist - Outdoor Spaces to join our talented team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our accommodation's outdoor spaces, including magical gardens, for all to enjoy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance of gardens, including mowing, pruning, weeding, edging, and mulching.
- Effective management of green waste and waste disposal.
- Maintaining clean and tidy work areas, equipment, and ensuring pest control measures are in place.
- Assisting with basic property maintenance, responding to guest requests, and conducting room inspections.
- Participating in preventative maintenance programs to ensure our resorts remain in excellent condition.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong work ethic and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in outdoor physical work in varying weather conditions is essential.
- Trade qualifications are highly desirable but not essential.
