We are currently seeking a proactive Landscape Maintenance professional to join our talented team at Travel + Leisure Co. You will be a key member of the team, responsible for maintaining our accommodation and its magical gardens for all to enjoy.

Job Description:

This role involves various tasks including renovation and refurbishment of existing gardens, green waste management, ensuring all work areas and equipment are clean and tidy, pest management, basic property maintenance, room inspections & record keeping, and completing tasks as part of the preventative maintenance program.

Responsibilities:
  • Rename and refurbish existing gardens to ensure they are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Implement effective green waste management practices to minimize environmental impact.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas and equipment.
  • Conduct regular pest control measures to prevent infestations.
  • Perform basic property maintenance tasks, including responding to guest requests.
  • Conduct regular room inspections and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in the preventative maintenance program to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Trade qualifications are desirable but not essential.
