Job Description

As a member of our Solutions Architecture team, you will be responsible for tackling the most complex business and technology problems across various industries and technologies. Your primary objective will be to conduct deep technical and business discovery sessions with Fortune 500 customers, develop creative solutions to challenges uncovered, and analyze customer network topologies and application stacks.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in networking, systems administration, and customer-facing positions. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, independence, motivation, and a desire for practice ownership.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Clearance - Current NV1
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or information technology
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology, particularly networking and systems administration
  • Experience in customer-facing positions; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of core networking principles (layers 2 through 4 of the OSI model) and application protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS)
