Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our commercial cleaning services in Wollongong and the South Coast. This involves ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service delivery, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders, and driving business growth through efficient management practices.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in people management. They will be able to build strong relationships with clients, employees, and suppliers alike, and ensure seamless collaboration across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the cleaning team and manage day-to-day operational needs
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate periodic works and extra works
  • Invoicing for extra work and in-contract works
  • Conduct routine site audits (cleaning inspections)
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • A reliable car is essential
  • Experience in the cleaning industry is essential
  • A Working with Children and National Criminal History check is required for this role
