Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for flow metrics, delivery performance, risk identification, and continuous improvement across the software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support product delivery through data-driven decision-making
  • Design intuitive EazyBI dashboards using MDX formulas, create custom calculations, and visualize complex data in an user-friendly manner
  • Analyse Jira data to extract meaningful patterns and turn them into actionable delivery insights
  • Present complex information in a clear and influential way to different audiences
Requirements:
  • Prior experience supporting delivery teams, Agile transformations, or product operations through reporting and analytics
  • Expertise in building EazyBI dashboards and working with Agile boards, backlogs, and sprints
  • Strong understanding of flow-based delivery metrics (cycle time, lead time WIP etc.) and their application to Agile, Lean, and Kanban delivery models
  • Passion for driving sustainable delivery improvements and spotting inefficiencies
