Level 1 and Level 2 Technical Support Specialists

Saul Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and administration for multiple client environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and administration for multiple client environments
- Perform troubleshooting tasks, problem diagnosis, resolution, or escalate further to specialist teams
- Periodic on-site visits to client sites
- Provide continual improvement recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Strong technical skills in Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and other related technologies
- Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
