We are seeking dedicated support workers to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities who live together in a shared home. They enjoy engaging in creative and sensory activities, cooking, spending time with loved ones and getting out into the community. Our team is committed to helping them achieve greater independence and joy in their daily lives.

  • Deliver active support aligned with each individual's goals and support plans
  • Assist with daily personal care tasks (e.g., toileting, showering, dressing)
  • Use safe manual handling techniques in accordance with individual plans
  • Facilitate community access and transport using vehicles or public transport
  • Build trusted relationships with individuals, families and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports and records
  • Work collaboratively within a close-knit team
  • Respond appropriately to incidents in line with guidelines

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Willing to work sleepover shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be confident driving vehicles
  • Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient
  • Experienced in disability support (preferred)
  • Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
