About the Role:
You are a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker with full and flexible availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster that includes sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays. Join our team in a casual capacity, with the potential to move to a permanent part time role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities.
- Assisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
- Promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals.
- Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
About You:
- Certificate III in Community Serv or Equivalent ideal or willing to obtain.
- 6 months experience required—ideal for candidates ready to learn on the job, with buddy shifts provided for support.
- Require high level of fitness for manual handling.
- Have as much availability as possible, both sleepovers and active nights (must be able to work nights) and must be able to workday shifts during the weekend.
- Possess or willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWSC).
- Hold a current and valid CPR and First Aid certificate.
- Have a full driver's licence.
- Have valid work rights.
- Successfully complete the NDIS Quality, Safety & You module.
- Willing to undergo and National Police Check.
- Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
- Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
