Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and logistical support to our Cultural Heritage team, facilitating engagement with Traditional Owner groups and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring governance and compliance requirements are met.
- Assist with financial processes, including invoicing and purchasing, as well as liaising with internal teams for reconciliation and stakeholder responses.
- Organize travel, meetings, and catering; prepare agendas, minutes, and proofread/edit information.

Requirements- Certificate IV in Business Administration or related discipline, or lesser qualification when coupled with significant experience within an administration environment.
- Experience in project, accounts, or administrative support roles, with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to recognize and respond to sensitive Traditional Owner and stakeholder issues.
- Experience in working in diverse and cross-functional teams.
We'd also love you to have:
- Experience in working with First Nations People and liaising with Traditional Owner groups and their representatives.
- Experience in working in remote or rural environments.
An estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
