Human Resources Generalist

As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and support to senior management. Your primary objective will be to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with senior management to develop and implement recruitment strategies, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as job descriptions, employment contracts, and employee status changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, confidential files, and payroll information.
- Coordinate leave processes, medical certificates, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and relevant Awards.
- Implement Employee Assistance Programs, handle injury management, workers' compensation claims, and oversee return-to-work programs.
- Facilitate performance appraisals, annual salary reviews, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in human resources generalist work, with sound knowledge of HR processes and up-to-date employment legislation. They should have experience working with diverse workforces and demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
