Lead Master Counselling Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated lecturer to join our team. As a Master of Counselling lecturer, you will be responsible for the development, improvement, and delivery of the program, ensuring compliance with the Higher Education Standards Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct face-to-face teaching and student engagement sessions and learning materials.
- Encourage the engagement of students in their studies.
- Mark student assessments in accordance with assessment and moderation policies.
- Identify and liaise with students at risk and establish individual learning plans as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters qualification or higher in counselling, psychology or similar fields (PhD preferred).
- 3 years of postgraduate experience working as a counsellor, psychologist, therapist or similar position.
- Experience teaching at a tertiary or vocation level is preferred but not necessary.
- Passion for teaching and passing on knowledge to the next generation.
- Eligible for membership of the Australian Counselling Association.
