We are seeking a Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Macquarie Care in Bathurst.
About the Role:- Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in resident rooms
- Support your peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit
- Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues and residents, following all policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you'll need a kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly. You should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and previous experience working as a cleaner ideally. Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people are also essential. You will need to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families. A reliable team player with the ability to read, write and communicate effectively is required. Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance is necessary.
