Job Opportunity: Mental Health Nurse Specialist

The Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 provides safe, evidence-based care to patients with mental health issues in a custodial setting.

This role requires strong clinical leadership and the ability to develop and review treatment planning and clinical review systems, resulting in improved patient outcomes and enhanced quality of care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high standards of care in assessment and management of mental health issues.
  • Develop and review treatment plans and clinical review systems for patients with mental health concerns, ensuring seamless collaboration between healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Three years' full-time experience working in mental health, complemented by post-graduate qualifications in mental health or equivalent experience and qualifications.
