Customer Support Specialist

This is a part-time opportunity to support our network of childcare centres and families in the Brisbane CBD.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary, estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Family Support Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and care. This includes:
- Providing outstanding support via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Meeting and exceeding defined targets and KPIs
- Utilizing strong phone contact handling skills and active listening to understand and address customer inquiries and concerns
You will work closely with our team to provide a supportive work environment and promote a culture of child safety.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and willingness to learn
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving support issues promptly
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset
