Senior Financial Accountant Role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

  • This is a full-time senior-level role that involves managing financial reporting for our retirement village portfolio.
  • The successful candidate will prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for Village Managers and Residents' Committees, supported by clear and meaningful commentary.
  • The position also involves reconciling all balance sheet accounts and following up on outstanding variances in a timely manner.
  • In addition, the Senior Financial Accountant will partner with Village Managers to support day-to-day financial decision-making and provide clear financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial reporting for our retirement village portfolio.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts.
  • Partner with Village Managers to support financial decision-making.

About You:

  • Mandatory membership of a recognized accounting body (CA or CPA qualified).
  • Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills.
