Voice Operations Specialist

This role forms part of our unified communications infrastructure support team. You will collaborate with colleagues across geographical locations in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Responsibilities include daily operations management of various communication, voice, and voice recording platforms. This entails monitoring system dashboards for active alerting systems and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and an interest in delivering top-notch support for end-users and stakeholders.
- Proven experience working in unified communications and/or networking within large-scale enterprise environments as a network or voice engineer.
- Exposure to cloud voice applications, contact centre/call centre applications, and routing.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field - Networking/Computer Science/Engineering/Cyber Security.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Availability to respond to voice-related outages on a 24/7 basis when on-call.
- Experience with voice recording systems (Verint v15, VFC, NICE, Dubber) in a regulatory environment is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of cloud-based UC and cloud-based calling functionality is valuable.
