This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Learning & Development Coordinator to join the HR team at the iconic resort in Tropical North Queensland, Australia.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, designing engaging learning strategies, and collaborating with management to identify staffing and recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with managers and department heads to discuss staffing requirements and desired qualifications for open positions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans based on thorough needs assessments.
  • Create and produce training materials, including facilitator and participant workbooks, manuals, job aids, and posters.
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions, ensuring all necessary materials are set up and classes are effectively managed.
  • Design and deliver interactive training programs in multiple formats to enhance employee learning experiences.
  • Facilitate in-person training sessions for groups of employees, promoting effective content delivery and participant engagement.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with safety training and orientation sessions across all departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2 years of experience in a similar role is essential. Valid working rights in Australia are also required.
