Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide technical assistance for a major Windows 11 upgrade project.

About the Role:
  • Provide onsite and remote desktop support across a range of end-user devices.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues related to the Windows 11 upgrade.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-user device technical support and customer-oriented service experience.
  • Maintain the technical hub for walk-up requests.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and tablets running a Windows OS (10 and 11).
  • Work within Azure AD.
  • Work with and troubleshoot common enterprise applications (MS Office 365, Adobe, etc...)
  • Troubleshoot peripherals (printers, POS terminals, barcode scanners, etc...
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience with troubleshooting end user issues in a corporate environment.
  • ITIL v3 MCITP/MCTS and/or relevant technical qualifications highly regarded.
