Safety and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned safety professional to join our team as an Environmental and Quality Advisor. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement environmental management plans in accordance with relevant legislation and industry standards;
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement;
- Provide expert advice on quality and environmental matters, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies;
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective workplace health and safety policies and procedures;
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to environmental and quality metrics.
- Qualifications in environmental science or a related field;
- Proven experience in environmental management and quality assurance;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
