**Max Solutions Technology Infrastructure Job Opportunity**

At Max Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Manager to lead our technology environment and drive strategic direction. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for establishing a clear vision for infrastructure services that aligns with business needs and IT strategy.

  • Leadership and Strategic Direction: Provide leadership and strategic direction to establish a clear vision for infrastructure services that aligns with business needs and IT strategy.
  • Team Management: Lead a skilled team to success and foster strong business relationships with vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Infrastructure Management: Develop, configure, maintain, support, and optimise all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links.
  • Cloud and Security: Manage service risks and security requirements, escalating issues as necessary and developing tactical and strategic remediation plans.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Proactive and Hands-on Leader: Proactive and hands-on leader with demonstrated experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Technical and Managerial Experience: Demonstrated technical and managerial experience in a complex Infrastructure or Technology environment – exceptional knowledge of service delivery as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
  • Education and Certifications: Degree in Management, business, Information Technology or relevant field and ITIL Qualifications.
  • Other Requirements: Hold or have the ability to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
