As a Mentor, you'll engage with local Indigenous communities, providing guidance and support to help job seekers overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment. You'll work collaboratively with a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment
  • Motivate, coach, and identify transferable skills required for successful employment
  • Tailor services for individual needs to support job seekers in progressing towards the labour market

What You'll Need:

  • Solid customer service and administrative skills
  • Ability to build successful relationships and work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
  • Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration, with sound computer literacy skills
