**Job Description** The Position**:
This position will commence with a focus as a Wage Subsidy Consultant however will learn all areas of the Centralised support Unit including Placements, Wage Subsidies, Outcomes and Employment Fund. As a Wage Subsidy Consultant you will provide regular support your team to ensure that eligibility and compliance measures are met, and ensure employers receive their Government and Internal wage subsidies. Working with our employers and the team your main goal will be to ensure that the client continues in employment and collecting evidence to support financial Wage Subsidy against program objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide regular support to your team to ensure that eligibility and compliance measures are met
- Work with employers to ensure the client continues employment whilst collecting evidence to support wage subsidy
- Support the achievement of outcomes and advise on re anchor opportunities to help maintain the placement
- Provide advice and support to employers to engage the wage subsidy via phone
- Ensure full compliance by passing internal and external audits
**Qualifications** Attributes and Experience**:
We are looking for a result focused individual, who has a real passion for helping people achieve their goals. You will need:
- Experience in Employment Services (desirable);
- Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment toward high performance results; and
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities.
