About the Role
We're on the lookout for a creative kitchen hand to bring a unique style to our social enterprise café, The Little Social. This position is not your average role We want people who are masters at enthusiastic customer service and passionate about food to help create a unique and socially conscious experience behind every purchase.
You will play a critical role in helping us build an impactful social enterprise business while mentoring and providing hands-on training for at-risk young people to set them on a path to sustainable employment beyond The Little Social.
Location: This role will be based at our newest location, The Little Social Cafe, at the Victorian Pride Centre, the first purpose-built centre for Australia's LGBTIQ+ communities in St Kilda.

About The Little Social
The Little Social is a bespoke coffee bar and catering company that brews the finest espresso and empowers young people to lead meaningful lives by providing hands-on skills development and mentoring from industry experts. Each young person has a platform at The Little Social to build self-confidence and gain essential employability skills and genuine work experience in a supportive and judgement-free environment.
