Accounts Payable Customer Service Specialist

Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team as a Billing Enquiries and Accounts Payable Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and customer service, assisting with customer billing, resolving vendor payment disputes, processing vendor invoices, and handling Container Deposit Scheme payment enquiries.
Main Responsibilities
- Process invoices into the enterprise resource planning system for inbound freight movements
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and payment enquiries from vendors
- Raise adjustments and corrections as required
- Reconcile complex vendor and hauler accounts
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and prepare analysis of accounts, credits, and adjustments
- Provide exceptional customer service by advising customers on queries and concerns
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in administration, customer service, or accounts payable roles
- Prior experience using enterprise resource planning systems and Microsoft office software is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite packages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
