SAP Technical Business Analyst Position

The primary role of this SAP Technical Business Analyst position is to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive data migration and cleansing for SAP S/4 HANA. This ensures the accuracy and integrity of payroll and HR data.

  • Gather and prioritize data quality requirements for SAP S/4 HANA migration.
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to align on data cleansing activities.
  • Oversee migration and transformation of payroll and SAP SuccessFactors data.
  • Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate data validation testing for integration into SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst focusing on data management and cleansing.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems (S/4 HANA, ECC, HR, FICO).
  • Experience with data migration, cleansing tools (e.g., InfoSteward), and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in large-scale ERP implementations within government or utilities.
  • Familiarity with HR transformations and SAP Activate methodology.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
