The role of a Banking Support Specialist is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting performance objectives. You'll be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide timely, accurate, and efficient solutions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong communication skills, be able to provide complex solutions in written form, and work well under pressure. You should also be technically savvy and able to adapt to new systems quickly.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 6 PM. A self-starter who is proactive and interested in developing a career in finance would thrive in this environment.
