Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
">A Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in supporting customers with their banking needs. The primary responsibility involves providing exceptional service by assisting with everyday banking transactions, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
">To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

- Clear and confident communication skills to foster strong relationships with customers
- The ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Good time management and organizational skills
This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. You will receive comprehensive training on our banking products and services, and our supportive team will provide hands-on guidance to help you master the role.
