We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Professional to join our team in a permanent, full-time role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the Western Australian Planning system. They will be responsible for providing specialist advice on strategic planning matters and undertaking various planning tasks, including formulation, assessment and review of Planning Policies, Structure Plans and Town Planning Scheme Amendments.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Highly developed communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Town Planning Administrative and Statutory procedures.
  • Extensive practical experience in the profession of Town Planning, preferably in strategic planning.

You will be degree qualified in Urban and Regional Planning (or equivalent) and eligible for membership to the Planning Institute of Australia. In return for your expertise, we offer a gross salary of $108,076 - $115,081 per annum, 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%, flexible working arrangements, training and development opportunities, and salary packaging options.
