As a compassionate and driven healthcare professional, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants, build and implement resident-focused care plans, and liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals.
- Deliver high-quality clinical care aligned with AHPRA standards
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants
- Build and implement resident-focused care plans and assessments (including ACFI)
- Liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals to coordinate care
- Actively participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Be a champion of safety, wellbeing, and infection control in our facility
You'll work closely with our Care Manager and General Manager to become a key player in a collaborative, forward-thinking care team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Understanding of aged care standards and the Residential Classification Scale
- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with ACFI and aged care documentation
- Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- A genuine commitment to quality of life for older Australians
