About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Culture Officer to join our leadership team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving our organisational culture forward.

This is a new management position that reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for employee engagement, talent development, learning and development, and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying professional development opportunities for employees and developing strategies to support their growth.

- Presenting HR reports to the board of directors.

- Chairing the organisational culture committee to enhance our value proposition.

- Reviewing and refining recruitment processes to ensure we attract the best talent.

- Developing well-being programs and learning initiatives to benefit all staff nationally.

Requirements

You will have exceptional communication skills, experience in mediation and conflict resolution, and knowledge of HR principles and legislation. You should be familiar with Fair Work Australia, Employee Assistance Programs, and Employment Relations regulations.

A background in human resources or a related field is highly desirable.
