Lifestyle Assistant Role

At Catholic Healthcare, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life through engaging activities and social interactions.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting resident choice and participation in individual and group activities. You will design, deliver, and monitor lifestyle services and activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

  • Encourage resident autonomy and participation in daily activities.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs and events that foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Provide direct care and support to residents during activities such as outings and excursions.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and services to the elderly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Certificate III or Cert IV in Leisure and Health or Individual Support.
